Boil Together:
2 quarts water
1 package ground pork sausage
When sausage is cooked through, add:
2 cups corn meal (I use an electric mixer to avoid lumps)
Stirring constantly, add:
2 tsp salt
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp black pepper
Lower heat and let it get thick. Pour into loaf pans. Chill. Cut in slices and pan fry.
